Self-Exclusion Policy

If your gambling habits are no longer under your control or if gambling safely has become a concern, we offer a self-exclusion option to help you step back from betting activities with us. To initiate a self-imposed break, as detailed below, please adjust your account settings accordingly.

  1. Introduction

Gambling is a source of enjoyment and leisure for many, yet for some individuals, it may lead to adverse effects. To address this, we’ve established a policy that outlines our commitment to promoting responsible gambling and reducing harm to individuals susceptible to gambling addiction.

  1. Understanding Responsible Gambling

Responsible Gambling emphasizes gambling in a way that minimizes the potential harm associated with gambling addiction. It balances the individual’s responsibility for their actions with the duty of service providers to act responsibly.

  1. Identifying Problem Gambling

Problem gambling is characterized by a loss of control over gambling activities, especially concerning the amount of money and time spent on gambling.

  1. Principles of Customer Care

Our goal is to lead the industry in creating a secure environment for our patrons by endorsing responsible gambling behaviors and offering tools to help users manage their gambling activities effectively.

  1. Our Responsible Gambling Commitment

We share the responsibility with governments, communities, and individuals to assist our customers in managing their gambling activities and support those struggling with gambling addiction through various means, including:

  • Enabling customers to self-exclude temporarily or permanently from our services;
  • Providing information and messages about Responsible Gambling;
  • Conducting regular Responsible Gambling training for our staff;
  • Directing customers affected by gambling problems towards support services.

Our objectives include:

  • Reducing gambling-related harm to individuals and the community;
  • Empowering customers to make informed decisions about their gambling;
  • Facilitating access to timely and appropriate support and information for those adversely affected by gambling;
  • Fostering a mutual understanding of responsible gambling practices among individuals, communities, the gambling industry, and governments;
  • Ensuring the industry offers a safe and supportive environment for gambling products and services.
  1. Protection of Minors

We take proactive measures to prevent minors from engaging in gambling by ensuring our services are designed for and used by individuals who are at least 18 years old.

  1. Use of Filtering Software

We encourage the use of filtering software to block access to online gambling sites, especially if minors can access your devices.

  1. Seeking Additional Assistance

Should you need further assistance, our support team is available via [email protected] or our live chat system, where our agents can provide information on support associations.

  1. Terms of Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a voluntary action where you choose to halt your betting or gambling activities for a predetermined period. This period can either be for a short term or indefinitely, offering a temporary break or a permanent cessation from gambling activities.

When you opt for one of the self-exclusion durations we provide, you’re agreeing to specific terms and conditions that activate immediately upon receipt of a confirmation email. This confirmation, sent exclusively to the email address associated with your account, will clearly outline the start and projected end dates of your self-exclusion period, marking the formal commencement of your chosen break from gambling activities.

Please note that requests for self-exclusion submitted through our Chat function will not be processed directly. Instead, a customer support representative will guide you to our email support service, where your request can be formally addressed and actioned.

Upon receiving your email request to suspend your account, both the specified account and any associated accounts will enter our initial 24-hour cooling-off phase, during which all account activities will be paused, preventing any form of gambling. After this period, while your account(s) remains inactive, one of our customer support representatives will reach out to you detailing the options for self-exclusion durations available: one week, one month, six months, or indefinitely, with no possibility for adjustment in these periods. To move forward with your self-exclusion, we’ll need a reply via email. Should we not hear back from you within an additional 24 hours, we will proceed to reactivate your account(s) and notify you by email.
